My Experience

The toner is completely transparent and has a runny consistency. It has the fragrance of mulberry which I totally like. I use it twice a day. Both in the morning and at night I use it after cleansing my face and evenly Spritz this toner all over my face and pat my fingers on it and wait for some time to let my skin absorb it.
